How to Seal ribbon ends, V-shape Ribbon Ends?

Things you need to seal ribbon ends:

• Your ribbon; and
• candle and lighter or matches.

Have your ribbon ends trimmed to V-shape. In order to achieve an even v-tail, the easier way is to fold your ribbon into half and trim both sides together.

Fold your ribbon into half and seal the bottom layer of ribbon first.

Flip over your ribbon and seal the other half of the V- shape.

These are what you will be getting... sealed V-shape ends on grosgrain and velvet ribbon.
